I work with a variety of sporting and non sporting clients, so whether you are training for a sporting challenge or suffering from the stress of daily life, massage therapy can help. Every treatment session begins with a full assessment where a specific treatment plan can be tailored to your individual needs and problem areas. Sports massage therapy uses a combination of traditional massage which has been around for thousands of years alongside advanced soft tissue techniques and remedial exercises to help prevent injury, reduce pain, promote mobility, relaxation and recovery.
