Hi everyone! 👋

I wanted to let you all know that as of Monday, I will no longer be offering mobile appointments due to some further complications with my pregnancy. Having had a long discussion with my midwife and my husband today, we’ve collectively made the decision that being mobile is just too much of a risk for me at this stage and it’s important to ensure I’m taking care of myself and baby as a top priority. I can only really adapt and commit to my new routine that’s now required by being based in one place during the day and adapting my life around my medical requirements.

I completely understand that this may not be ideal or possible for everyone, but I’d love to invite you to come to my home in Thatcham for your appointments between now and the end of February when I officially start my maternity leave. I know this may not be convenient for all, but I truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time. ❤️

I will be reaching out to each of you individually in the coming days to check what you would like to do and if necessary, arrange your next appointment with me 😊

Update for all clients 💜

I had the news today that I’ve been dreading.. I have gestational diabetes 😩. This means I will need to monitor my glucose levels at strict times during the day and may mean I have to pause your treatment to test and send my results to my midwife. Its also really important that I book myself a lunch break during the day so that I have time to stop and eat. If any appointments need to be shuffled to allow for this I will be in touch over the next few days to adjust my diary accordingly
I also have more appointments coming through for extra scans and visits to the hospital to manage this so will be in touch to reschedule any clients these clash with
Please allow a little extra time for your treatments with me and bear with me whilst I adjust to my new routine
Massive apologies for the inconvenience of rescheduling appointments, it not something I like to do unless 100% necessary
