Pilates is a magical form of exercise to prevent and rehabilitate injury and also to strengthen and tone your body. Pilates is suitable for men & women of all ages and is especially beneficial for women in pregnancy and beyond as it builds up your strength is a safe way. My classes are never larger than 4 people so that I can give every Client attention and ensure that they see results from their classes.
