Further to the recent lifting of Government restrictions regarding the Covid 19 pandemic, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your cooperation to date and to let you know that Face coverings will still be mandatory within the salon whilst the current surge in infections continue. Thank you all in advance for your understanding.

Further to the recent government announcement regarding the reopening of businesses following the current ‘lockdown’, we are delighted to announce that we will, as a consequence, be able to begin rebooking our clients in with a view to commencing trading on 12th April.

However, given the caveats applied to this afternoons announcement all bookings will be subject to change at short notice. We will therefore be taking all bookings in good faith mindful of the possibility that we may not be able to fulfil them, albeit to the inconvenience of us both.

In the interests of fairness, we will be trying to prioritise those clients whose previous appointments were cancelled when the present lockdown came into force and working chronologically from thereon where possible. Should a situation arise whereby we are unable to meet appointments, we will endeavour to find a mutually acceptable slot whenever possible. Ultimately though, this may mean that the earlier your appointment (by date), the more likely that it may be cancelled.

We will commence taking bookings on 23rd February and will be contacting those clients in order to allow us time to be as flexible as possible in order to accommodate as many needs as we can. Please feel free to drop us a message or give us a call.

PLEASE READ...

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to temporarily close the salon until it is safe to return. We haven’t taken this decision lightly but we need to comply with social distancing in order to protect clients, staff and families.

Many apologises for any inconvenience this may cause but please be assured this was not a decision that was easy to make. There has been many sleepless nights, conversations with families and feelings of guilt letting down our wonderful clients.

We do ask for your continued support during this difficult period and we will keep in touch with you all via social media.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support you have given us since the business opened. We cannot wait to see you all soon.
