I can't recommend my new lash lady highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Booking was easy, communication was excellent, and she made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived at her lovely home.

She clearly knows her craft and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the appointment. She discussed different lash lengths and styles with me, listened to what I wanted, and offered expert advice to help achieve the best result.

One thing that really stood out was how comfortable the whole treatment was. I've had lashes done elsewhere before and often found the experience uncomfortable, with products that irritated my eyes. This was completely different.

Everything she used felt gentle and soothing, and she has equipment that makes the process much more relaxing.
Most importantly, my lashes look absolutely beautiful and I'm so happy with them. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients, wants them to get the look they're hoping for, and takes pride in her work. I've finally found my lash lady and won't be going anywhere else!
