**Salon Cancellation Policy**

To ensure i can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you give me adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

**Cancellation Notice**
We require at least **24 hours’ notice** for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

**Late Cancellations**
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a **50% charge** of the booked service.

**No-Shows**
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged **50% of the service cost**.

**Deposits**
For selected services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are **non-refundable**, but we are happy to transfer them if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

**Running Late**
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may still be charged the full amount.

**Exceptions**
We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
