After a very tricky couple of weeks of being poorly enough to actually seek medical attention, I do feel a bit more me!
Back to work after a few sporadic treatments and a weekend of massaging in the sun and the rain at Britfest!
If only I were sensible enough to follow my own advice and take care of me, I’d have been well a lot sooner
So take this as a sign, listen to your body, it’s always talking to you if you just keep an ear out!
Then do the thing, take some time to rest, spend time with the people that fill your bucket, and if you’re scared of the way your body is feeling - get the help - it probably isn’t as scary as you think and can be put right if you just ask for help
