Don't worry your not alone, our bodies have to work harder in the heat just to do the normal things it does.
So don't beat yourself up if that weight you lifted the other day feels to much.

Work lighter and smarter, giving your body the respect it deserves for all the amazing stuff it does without us even knowing.

If you get tired learn to rest not quit...

It is not going to happen over night and it won't always be a smooth journey. But keep going, rest when needed, and the results will follow.
