💕🎉💕 Maternity Leave Update 💕🎉💕

Happy New Year all and hope everyone had a fab Christmas. As it’s the first full week of 2026, it means that I am back in clinic as of this Thursday 8th of January. Seven months off has definitely flown by.

I’ve sent messages out already to all those who wanted t know when I was back in clinic, so if you haven’t had a message from me then please get in touch.

Bookings are now live via https://nova-sportstherapy.sif.health/book which also shows all my availability too. I’ll be in clinic at Athena Performance Thursdays 10am - 8pm.

💕💕 Maternity Leave Update 💕💕

Just wanted to give everyone a little update on how my maternity leave is going…..
Baby Naylor once again decided to make an unexpected early arrival on my first Thursday off clinic. We are totally in love and would like to introduce Lucy Mae Naylor to everyone 😍

Lucy arrived on Thursday 12th June 2025, weighing a healthy 6lbs 12oz. We are all doing well, just recovering and adjusting to our expanded little family. Olivia is incredibly happy to have a little baby sister 💕👶🏼👧🏼💕

I’ll be giving more updates later on in the year as to when I am back in clinic, so if you want me to contact you with when I am starting back then please just drop me a message. In meantime, if you do need an appointment please contact Amanda at AG Sports Therapy, Massage & Rehab Ltd
