❀ Heatwave Foot Bath 🥒🌸

❀ Perfect after a long, hot day or just before bed. Cooling the feet can help the body feel more comfortable, support temperature regulation, and encourage a sense of calm and refreshment before sleep.

❀ Fill a bowl with cool water and ice, add a few slices of cucumber and fresh mint… (I used some jasmine flowers from the garden!) then soak your feet for 15–20 minutes.

❀ Cooling tip: Dampen a muslin cloth or flannel with cool water and place it on the back of your neck while your feet soak. You could even place a couple of chilled cucumber slices over your eyes! 😁🥒

Alongside the café she already runs, she’s creating a thoughtful food hall and farm shop focused on supporting local farming, small businesses, and consciously sourced products.

❀ It felt instantly aligned with everything I care about local, slow, intentional, and connected to the land.

❀ Ri also gifted me a beautiful organic rosemary plant 😊 and encouraged me to start growing more of my own herbs for future infusions… so who knows where that may lead 🌱
