National Massage Championships 2025 | London Excel

What an incredible couple of days at the National Massage Championships! 🙌

This year, I came in as a model for the talented and experienced therapist Ismail , and it was such a pleasure to experience his amazing work firsthand. 💆‍♀️

I didn’t participate this time, which meant I could truly relax and enjoy watching my wonderful colleagues showcase their fantastic skills.

It was so lovely catching up with so many familiar faces the energy, passion, and talent in the room were absolutely inspiring.

Huge congratulations to the overall champion and to every single participant, you are all winners. 🏆

After two weeks away, I came back home and realised something unexpected… I didn’t actually relax.

I had the space. I had the time.
But my body? Still in work mode.
My mind? Already back to work before I unpacked my bag.

The truth is: I love what I do.
Helping my clients feel better, seeing them leave in less pain, it fills me with purpose.

But somewhere along the way, I forgot what it’s like to just breathe.
To let go. To stop being “on.”

We often give so much as carers, as therapists, as parents, that we forget how to give to ourselves. And in that forgetting, we lose touch with who we really are beneath the doing.

So here’s your gentle reminder (and mine):
Take the breath. Take the walk. Take the moment to just be.
Not because you earned it. Not because you’ve worked hard.
But because you exist. And that’s enough.

💆‍♀️✨Your body deserves the same care you give to others.

Crowns can shine, but true worth is built from within. I stand for purpose over praise, and I believe in walking with integrity with or without a title.

Because I believe in a different kind of crown, one built on authenticity, compassion, and courage. One that doesn’t need to shout to be heard.

For everyone who’s ever felt overlooked or underestimated I see you, and I’m walking this path with you.
