We have a 7 day policy if you are not satisfied with the service you have received then we will get you back in for a consultation and the situation will be rectified we offer no refunds

If you would like to book for a colour service you may be asked for a £30 booking fee and for a cut and blow £10 or you may be asked for any other hairdressing service these fees are none refundable if you do not turn up for your appointment on your given time or day , or if you give us less than 48 hrs notice of cancellation .if you give us more than 48hrs notice to change your appointment to a different day we can carry the deposit over this policy has been put in place due to a high number of no shows and last minute cancellations costing our business dearly,if a customer repeatedly does not turn up for appointments or cancels last minute more than twice we may refuse service or ask for payment up front thank you .....
