⛰️💓😔𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱😔💓⛰️

Hi everyone,

As some of you may know our mum Ann was diagnosed with Alzheimers around 4 years ago, mum coped ok at home until April 2025 when unfortunately she had a fall & was then unable to return home due to needing around the clock care. Mum now lives in Queensway House carehome where she is cared for by a GREAT team!

Unfortunately our Mum has deteriorated dramatically over the past year and we feel we want to give back by raising money for the carehome to help purchase a dementia activity table and other items that will provide some simulation for the residents living with dementia 💙

So we thought there was no better way to do it than hiking! So myself & Teresa have decided to climb the 3 peaks over this year! My other sister Gwen and my good friend Jas is joining us to do our first hike Scafell which is in less than 3 weeks then we climb Snowdon in June & Ben Nevis in September!

We have been doing lots of walks to get some practice in including climbing a very cold & wet PEN Y FAN if you want to follow our progress pop over to my personal page🚶🏼‍♀️I will keep you all updated as we go along⛰️
