Hi, Teri here. I’m not a member of these groups, so it will not let me reply tho these allegations. So I thought I would post my reply here as I would never want anyone thinking this is myself or how any of my staff would behave .

We did receive a call from someone yesterday regarding this matter. However, the vehicle involved was not one of ours it belonged to a client. We asked the client to move the car, and she told us she had done so. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the vehicle had not actually been moved, as she had briefly stepped out and then returned.

I’d also like to reassure you that none of the girls working in the shop would ever shout or swear at anyone. If you knew us personally, you’d know that this is not how we conduct ourselves.

I personally don’t park on this road either, as I walk to work and live just around the corner, so it definitely wouldn’t have been myself involved in any previous encounters.

Unfortunately, while we always try our best to guide clients on where they can and can’t park, we can’t fully control where every client chooses to leave their vehicle or always be aware of what everyone is doing regarding parking.

We’re sorry for any frustration caused and appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention.

This role is to cover maternity leave, however for the right stylist there is potential for it to become a permanent position.
