We some availability for working with a trainee Therapist on a donation basis only (free if can't afford)
Monday to Friday day time only between 10am and 5pm

Please note that all Trainee's hold counselling certificates either to Cosca or HNC Level and work to a high ethical standard.

Trainees can work with clients presenting with mild to moderate issues such as anxiety disorders, Depression, low self-esteem, grief, etc.

Please note that Trainee's are unable to work with client's that are at risk or struggle with suicidal ideation. They are also 'unable' to work with trauma, PTSD, or any other more complex mental health issues.
