Got back at stupid o'clock last night, picked up my fur babies from the cattery this morning and I am on the 3rd load of laundry and getting set to get back to work tomorrow...

☀️ I have scattered appointments for the rest of July, as it's the school holidays I'm winging it a bit 🤣 and working what best suits the family, so maybe working outside of my normal shedule. I've had alot of enquiries about Manual Lymphatic Drainage recently, so here's a little more info about what the treatment is...

It is:
✅️Gentle & rhythmical
✅️Reduces Imflammation
✅️Supports immune system
✅️Ideal for post surgery, lymphedema & ✅️fibromyalgia sufferers

It is not:
❌️A quick fix
❌️Body Sculpting
❌️Using wooden instruments
❌️A massage using oils

This treatment is slightly different from a massage. It does cover slightly more intimate areas. It covers armpits, chest area ( breasts will be covered at all times), stomach and groin. It is a very soothing treatment , so lay back breath and relax.

🏃‍♀️As it's the summer holidays, and I don't have school runs to do my work diary is a bit more flexible. I don't have an online booking system. Yes, I am old school and prefer to work from a paper diary! I do post availability on here but 🙏 please message me if you are looking for certain times/days.

😎I am away to Tenerife next week returning to work Thursday 16th July. I am also planning to take time off August 3rd- 8th to visit family down south.

💧Please remember in the warmer climates to keep hydrated after treatments and be aware that you have oils on which can make you more prone to burning.
