I wanted to personally update you on some recent changes at the salon. As many of you know, Christina— who has been a valued therapist and part of our team for almost five years—has recently moved on. She made the difficult decision to leave due to travel challenges. While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we wish her all the very best on this new chapter.
We are currently in the process of recruiting a new therapist to join our team. However, because we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, we are taking the time needed to find the right person.

We want to ask for your help: if you know a skilled and experienced therapist who might be a great fit for our team, we’d love to hear from you. We’re offering a cash reward for any successful recommendation that leads to a hire. As we’re very particular about quality of treatments and customer care, referrals from our trusted clients are especially appreciated.

In the meantime, the salon is exceptionally busy. I have personally stepped back into treatments full-time alongside our remaining therapist to cover all treatments. We are doing everything we can to accommodate everyone, but availability is more limited than usual. If you were booked in with Christina, rest assured - you’ll be looked after by either myself or Jelena.

Please rest assured that the online booking system is working perfectly—if you’re not seeing slots, it’s simply because they are being booked quickly or haven’t yet been released. We are opening up new appointments as and when we can, and we appreciate your patience during this transition.
