They said the wait would end one day… and today it did.
After 75 long years, Mayo are All-Ireland champions. A generation grew up believing, another never stopped hoping, and every heartbreak has made this moment even sweeter.
No matter where life takes you, there is something incredibly special about where you come from. Home shapes you, your roots ground you, and today every Mayo person, wherever they are in the world, is standing a little taller.
Being from Mayo has always been something to be proud of. Today, it’s something to celebrate.
Dreams really do come true.

POV: You come home from holiday at 11pm… and you’re back in clinic for a fully booked day at 10am. 😂✈️➡️💉
Our holiday wasn’t about lie-ins or poolside cocktails. It was about family, friends, the kids, and making memories that will last a lifetime.
From sunrise to sunset, it felt like we squeezed in 5,000 activities, endless laughs, and moments I’ll never forget. Relaxation? Absolutely none. 😂 But I wouldn’t change a second of it.
Now it’s back to reality, back to doing what I love, and back to seeing all of my wonderful clients.
My body might be exhausted, but my heart is so full. Here’s to a summer full of memories, gratitude, and getting straight back to it. 🤍
