Friday nights are not the same for me anymore . The Salon gym doesn’t hit like the real thing.

If you can’t make your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. A no-show doesn’t just leave an empty station , it also leaves me earning exactly £0 for that time slot. Sadly, my mortgage, bills, and red bull habit still expect paying! 😂
