Information regarding deposits ❤️

I’ve had a few people ask me why I take a deposit or some people who are quite hesitant, so I thought I would explain why-

1. The slots I open for people need to be guaranteed to minimise the risk of cancellations and no shows.

2. I have a lot of people wanting a certain slot which is another reason why it needs to be secured and guaranteed.

3. I am running a business and these are my policies after being a make up artist for 5 years.

4. A receipt of the transaction can be sent to you via email for your own reassurance.

5. If, in very rare circumstances, I need to cancel your appointment you will be fully reimbursed.

6. The deposit you pay is showing your guarantee of turning up to your appointment, which is why paying a deposit shouldn’t be an issue.
