To secure your booking, we require a 30% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of the total treatment cost. This policy applies to all clients and all bookings made online, over the phone, via message, or in the salon.

A deposit must be paid before your booking can be completed. The Fresha booking system will guide you through the booking process and collect the required deposit payment.

✅ Phone, message, or in-salon bookings
Your appointment will be held as a provisional booking for 1 hour. You will receive a deposit payment request via email and text message. This payment link is valid for 1 hour only. If the deposit is not received within this time, the provisional booking will be automatically cancelled and the appointment slot released.

As a busy salon, we are proud to offer extended opening hours and specialised treatments that are not widely available in the area. We value our time, our team, and our clients, and this policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and efficiently.
