With the temperatures soaring, I wanted to let everyone know that extreme heat and humidity can sometimes affect eyelash extension adhesive.

Lash glue works best within certain temperature and humidity ranges, and on very hot days it can behave differently, which may affect how well the extensions bond during your appointment.

Your lash retention and the quality of your results are always my priority, so if the weather is exceptionally hot, I may offer you the option to reschedule your appointment to a cooler day. This is simply to ensure you receive the best possible set of lashes and the longest-lasting results.

Of course, if you’d still prefer to keep your appointment, I’m always happy to do so—we’ll make the best decision together.

As a small business, every appointment time is reserved especially for you. When a client doesn’t turn up or cancels without enough notice, it’s not just an empty chair—it means I’ve lost income and another client has missed the opportunity to book that slot.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. However, repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations have a huge impact on small businesses.

Going forward, my no-show policy will be strictly enforced. Please only book if you’re confident you can attend, and if something unavoidable happens, let me know as soon as possible.
