I’M BACK!!!

I returned to work today, and all appointments up to Monday, 12th May 2025 will be going ahead as planned.

Following my annual leave next week and due to a health scare as well as ongoing health reasons, I’ll now only be offering hairdressing one day a week—every FRIDAY.

🚨50% DEPOSIT SCHEME ACCOUNCMENT🚨

WHAT THIS MEANS
From 1st January 2024, I will be introducing a STRICT deposit scheme - this is to limit the amount of repeated cancellations I receive, those of which have a huge financial impact on my small business.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
Request your appointment date/time, once I confirm that requested appointment is available, a 50% DEPOSIT (subject to a minimum of £15 and non refundable if less than 48 hours notice is given before cancellation) is required before that appointment is booked/confirmed - the appointment will not be held until the deposit is paid

HOW IT WILL WORK?
The 50% deposit is for the service requested at the time the appointment was booked - if on the day, an additional service is required then this will be added to the remaining balance required on the day. (PLEASE NOTE - If a colour change is required different to that which was booked, then 48 hours notice is required)

BENEFITS OF THESE CHANGES
As a benefit to my clients, you can now pay for your appointment over TWO smaller payments, rather than ONE full payment on the appointment day. These changes will ensure that everything runs smoothly and make your appointment as relaxing as possible, so that you can leave 100% satisfied.
