We’re so excited to be hosting regular women’s circles alongside Regulate with Kate ❤️‍🔥

Our circles are designed to create a safe and supportive space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, embrace their spiritual side, and release what no longer serves them.

Each circle includes:
🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation & energy healing
🪷 Space to reflect, share & journal
🏹 Arrow breaking release ritual

• Reiki - 1 hour
• Extended Reiki - 1.5 hours, includes sound healing, massage or meditation
• Reiki Wellness Journey - 2-hours, includes reading, reiki and optional additional modalities
