Tomorrow I have spaces in my usually fully booked Gentle Yoga at 11am.

Gentle yoga is perfect if you are looking for a slower, steadier practice…..still focused on strength, flexibility and balance, but more mat based with a bigger onus on relaxation.

Ideal if you have had time away from the mat, if you have injuries or just need to decompress for an hour.

Feel free to join us £8 to drop in.
