Today marks the 22 nd anniversary of Tamla hair design! It’s hard to believe it’s been 22 years since I took the leap and became self-employed, opening my own salon. It was a huge decision, but I’m so glad I made it. Now, 22 years later and with over 38 years of experience, I’ve built a fantastic business and reputation in Selby. I truly enjoy coming to work and seeing my clients, and many of them have become friends over the years. Tamla’s is more than just a hair salon to me; it’s been a place of laughter, debates, tears, counselling chats, therapy sessions and so much more.
People often say I’m not just their hair stylist; in fact, I cherish the fact that my clients can open up to me, ask for my advice or simply chat and get things off their chests. It really doesn’t feel like work.
Thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with me over the last 22 years; I’ve loved every moment of it.💕💕💕🥂
