DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to no shows and last minute cancellations for time consuming services we operate a 48hr cancellation policy. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment for all NEW clients booking a colour service and to secure colour correction appointments This is payable at your consultation.

For all appointments that are cancelled within 48hrs you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, (or you will loose your 50% pre paid deposit )

Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure a future booking.This includes any illness or covid related issues.

We are a very busy little salon and our appointments are limited especially on evenings and weekends. On the day cancellations have a big impact on small businesses with self employed staff like ours.

The vast majority of our customers are respectful of our time and we would like to thank our loyal clients.
