Good evening im usually in bed by now but had a few things to do so am late winding down I've made a plan to do this for half hour before bed.... Nothing beats chilling with a cozy playlist and winding down after a stressful day....my mental health hasn't been great these past few months and it's been a rollacoaster of emotions but I'm slowly starting to pick myself back up from hitting my all time lowest there will be a blog coming in the next few months about this but gonna be officially relaunching this group on the 2nd June (also my birthday) but for now I wish you a happy start to the week and I look forward to seeing you in my next step in my journey
