Why beeswax?

Cheapness and consistency are two characteristics that are highly sought after by manufacturers. They both greatly enhance a product's profitability. 

That's why common dog paw/hand and tattoo balms use "wax blends" - instead of 100% natural beeswax like Bone Shaker Balm uses.

Beeswax is a fully natural product made by honeybees in their hives. It is hypoallergenic, renewable and contains no toxic chemicals.

The expense of 100% pure beeswax makes it less than ideal for mass manufacturers of balm products.

Why dog balm?
