Sorry I have not been here recently.

H**E was closed this week as we have been on a little family vacation. Can you guess where?

Apart from the very important trips to H**E for your anti-wrinkles and dermal fillers when required, keeping a good daily routine at home will make the treatments last longer and it will keep your face glowing.

This is not the full list of the products you should have on your routine, that depends of the type of skin you have and its needs, but this is are some basic products everyone should have and use regularly.

Cleanser - we need to always ensure the skin is clean. You can use a single one, you can do double cleanser or use a device such as the Lumi Spa. The depends on personal preference and budget. My advise, if you can afford it, or add it to the Christmas list, invest in the Lumi Spa. Not only it is an amazing cleanser, it will reduce your pores and it will boost the collagen production.

Retinol or variants and Collagen - Retinol and Collagen have become the kings of the skin care. I could be here all day talking about their properties, but if you are looking at keeping your skin glowing and young, you don't want to miss on them! Retinol should be used regularly (not daily), and my recommendation as good option is the Retinol Boost from Neutrogena. For Collagen, Nu skin collagen + daily supplement will give you amazing results, and even better if used with the Lumi Spa.
*Please be aware Retinol should not be used if pregnant or trying to conceive, or in certain skin types.

Moisturizer - keeping the skin hydrated is very important, it does not matter the type of skin, you just need to use the correct one, but always, always, always use moisturizers! I won't give any recommendations as this is completely dependant on the type of skin you have.

Other essentials are vitamin C, tonic, eye contour, niacinamide and sun cream.

Unfortunately I have not managed to keep the social media very active while juggling a toddler, a PT job, H**E and some down time.

But for those who have not seen me at H**E recently, just letting you know H**E still open.

I moved the clinic from Parkers to my home temporary a while back to balance better family life but I still in the hunt for a new place for next year. My home clinic was always temporary and I am planning to keep it that way.

I'm just taking this opportunity too to let you know I am juggling my corporate job, aesthetics, my baby and family time and other ventures. Is for that reason that I have moved out of my last premises and I do only reduced hours for H**E now.

But I am working on finding a balance that works well, so please bare with me. I will still love to see you, I just may don't have as much flexibility with my calendar.
