I turned 44 over the weekend, and with each birthday comes a time for self-reflection. I feel incredibly fortunate to be here and to be on this journey.

As I age, I find that I appreciate the wonder and beauty of simplicity more than ever. The sound of birds singing outside my bedroom window in the mornings, sharing a cup of tea with the man I love, wandering through the countryside and snuggling with my dog brings me so much joy!

Running businesses can be hectic, with an endless list of tasks to tackle. At times, I find myself feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Yet, with age definitely comes more wisdom—a deeper understanding of what truly matters. I’ve learned that sometimes, seeking stillness and making time for self-care and gratitude is the most important thing on my to-do list.
