I now offer quiet appointments for clients who’d prefer to relax without the pressure of conversation. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, anxious, socially drained, or simply enjoy silence this space is for you.

During a quiet appointment:
🤍 Minimal small talk
🤍 No pressure to chat
🤍 Calm, comfortable atmosphere
🤍 You can fully switch off and recharge

Of course, if you do want to talk, that’s always welcome too. Your appointment, your comfort, your choice.

Simply mention “Quiet Appointment” when booking or at the start of your visit
