Redken/Shades EQ formula:

Low light & root melt - 06NB & 6T
Blonde - 10N 10GI

Nice lil warm blonde transformation for my hun toning with Shades EQ 😍

Formula:
Root tap - 06N & 06T 1:1
Blonde - 010GI & 010N 10:1

Would you believe me if I said this was only 2 foils over each side of the parting 👀

I googled a different word for dimension because I use it a lot, and other than depth I got ‘universe’ and that just doesn’t make sense but I might try and make it work 🤣

WHY? I hear you ask (no ones asking but I’m still gunna tell you)

For this appointment we wanted to be BRIGHTER, and with foilage you get that maximum lift. I also added some deeper tones to create depth 💫

There’s enough hair on my clients head for everyone in the world to have a piece I swear to god 😅🦁

The aim: to be a natural dimensional beige blonde & feel MUCH lighter w/ a root melt so the grow out is seamless.

My clients natural base sits around a 4-5 and I needed us to be a clean base 10, so this means a SH*t tone of lighter & a millions foils.

I did i wider weave throughout the entire head, if I did a fine weave on this level of thickness the weave would get lost & you wouldn’t be able to clearly see the ribbons of colour running through which is creating the dimension 💫

Root melted & tones with Shades EQ

You need your deeper colours to make your lighter colours stand out 📈

⬇️Do you use purple shampoo?⬇️

Clients - too much purple shampoo can make your hair look darker than it actually is, & if your hairs full of it on your appointment we may have to do a bleach cleanse to remove it, this is adding time and £££ onto your appointment.

I don’t advise purple shampoo every single time, in 10 shampoos I’d probably suggest 2-3 max (or I say to my clients.. ‘just when you feel like it’s slightly brassy’)

Stylists - remember to ask your clients to not use purple shampoo for at least 2 weeks before their appointment to make so all the purple pigments can leave the hair so your left with a blank canvas.
