Family-run Sheffield business warns loss of parking bays could force it to close after 61 years A family-run Sheffield business which has been trading for 61 years has warned the council’s latest traffic changes could force its closure.

Hallamshire Physiotherapy Ltd are currently unable to routinely see people for face to face consultations except in circumstances where this could prevent someone accessing NHS resources. We are therefore offering on line / telephone consultations to people with problems and difficulties. We will ensure that the most appropriate therapist will speak to you at a designated time to discuss the problems that you are having.

Steve Hodgson from Hallamshire Physiotherapy was planning to cycle from Lands End to John O’Groats starting on 17 April to raise money for a Community Defibrillator for Broomhill.

Unfortunately due to current situation this cycle ride is now no longer possible at this time. With a heavy heart Steve has decided to postpone this until later in the year but would like to thank all of you who have already supported him and assure you that this will be completed as soon as reasonably possible.

In response to the current restrictions, we are extending our Skype/Facetime service at the clinic. If you do not wish to attend the clinic it is still possible to book on online consultation with a Physiotherapist. Our expert staff are highly skilled in providing rehabilitation strategies based on clinical history and presentation.

This is the procedure to follow:

Ring the clinic and speak to the reception staff (0114 2671223)

Book an online appointment with a Physiotherapist

Pay for the consultation over the phone

Provide contact details (Skype/Facetime or telephone) so the Physiotherapist can complete the consultation.

You will be allocated a time and date for the consultation.

If follow-up is needed this will be discussed
