I am upset that it has come to this, but I have had numerous no shows and last minute cancellations in the last few weeks and therefore have no choice but to charge 20% of the treatment value if you do not turn up or cancel within 24 hours. The slot can not always be filled at short notice and therefore I loose money!
If your boss came to you at the end of the month and said your wages would be down, I am sure you would not be happy.
Just to put into perspective I can loose between £200 and £500 some months and I am sure you can appreciate I am a small business and this is not acceptable.
Rant over… 😬
