We wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your continued support and loyalty to HeadzUp. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

Due to rising costs in products, utilities, and general running expenses, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to slightly increase our prices. This change will take effect from 19th May.

Please know this wasn’t an easy choice, and we’ve kept the increases as minimal as possible. Our goal is always to provide you with the highest quality service, using the best products, in a welcoming and professional environment—and this small adjustment helps us to continue doing just that.

Hey everyone, just a quick note—card machine fees are really adding up, which means we’re losing out on a chunk of what you pay us. To help us keep offering the best service at the best prices, we’d really appreciate it if you could pay by cash, bank transfer, or PayPal when possible.

Starting now, all new appointments will receive a message asking for card details to secure your booking.

If you already have a colour appointment booked in December, you’ll also receive a message soon.

💳 Please note: You won’t be charged at the time of booking—payment will only be collected in-store after your appointment.

✨ Cancellation Policy:
• You won’t be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
• Not showing up for your appointment will also result in a 50% charge.

As you know, in this crazy world we live in, it is constantly a challenge and stock and utilities have increased at a rapid rate. We have tried to maintain low prices for our clients, but it has come to the point where we need to be inline with the market rate to ensure we can continue to offer our services to our wonderful customers.

So with effect from the 1st august we will be having a slight increase.

We promise it will still be affordable and we guarantee the best service, our smiling faces and lots of laughs.
