I thought after 6 months of having my baby girl I better update the work page and update you all on my returning to work plans later in the year and on life.

First of all I would like to thank everyone for the kindness towards me and my little family it’s been really appreciated and I know some of you have had the chance to meet Ivy-Rae when I have been out and about walking and popping into the salon. She can’t wait to meet the rest of mummy’s clients and thank everyone 🥰.

Return to work plan…
As most of you know I have been doing KIT days as I clearly couldn’t stay away from the salon for too long. From the end of November I will be showing my face a lot more ready for the big C word. However this year I will be finishing a lot earlier than I normally would do to enjoy my baby girls first Christmas. My last working day in December will be Saturday 20th December then returning in January. Decembers working hours will be posted in the next couple of weeks when I have figured out on what I will be doing as I want to be there as much as I can to get everyone in.

From January I’ll be working on more of a consistent schedule my working days will be Mon,Tues,Wed all late evenings. I will then be working alternate Saturdays. I will be reviewing this in May 2026. This gives me enough time to trial out my new working lifestyle whilst still making sure I am getting plenty of time being mummy to Ivy-Rae. Of course any appointments out of these working hours for special occasions and weddings etc will absolutely be accommodated for if possible and I have notice.

Not that I was great before at responding to messages but now it takes me even longer I am aware I have some outstanding messages by tomorrow evening all messages will be sorted I promise 🙏🏼 🤣. For anyone wanting to sort appointments for any KIT days or when I am back properly I will be sorting messages throughout the day tomorrow so just drop me a message 🥰

Any clients who haven’t booked December appointments this is your last reminder as they are litterally none existent🤣. I have no evening or weekend appointments left I am working Mondays in December also, to help with availability 🩶

Moving forward due to how busy I am and turning clients away due to being fully booked any new clients and anyone no showing to a previous appointment will be required to pay a 20% deposit before another appointment can be booked. The deposit will only stand for the following booked appointment if the other is cancelled in less than 48 hours a new deposit for another appointment will be required.

I understand last minute things happen and this doesn’t happen very often so Thankyou for understanding 🤍

Please bare with us during this busy time, for all my Saturday clients my first colour appointment is 12 weeks away. I am advising people to book their appointments for the rest of the year on their next appointment. My evenings are also needing to be currently booked 8 weeks in advance. Any messages that are sent over the next couple of weeks may not be sorted for a while please call the salon if you are in need of an appointment soon. The phone line is very busy and we will be answering that when we get chance if you don’t get through straight away leave us a message and we will call you back when one of us gets a moment Thankyou for your amazing support 🫶🏼✂️

At the moment we are fully booked this week but we have started a reserve list. We are down to only a few appointments left for next week so if you are ready for an appointment try and get in touch sooner rather than later. We will always try to accommodate where possible ✂️

Evening everyone just a little update 🫶🏼

May is looking like a very busy one, this a reminder to please book asap if you are needing your hair done for certain dates. I will list below my last couple of appointments left in May.

Wednesday 15th May 11am- Cut & Blowdry
Wednesday 29th May 3pm- Root colour

These are my last available appointments for the month, also a heads up I don’t have a Saturday appointment until Saturday 29th June and my first evening appointment is 2nd July

I aim to respond to all messages in 48 hours around my working hours, however when busy it can take longer the salon phone can always be called for a quicker response.
