It's going to be really warm again over the next few days and as we are going into the summer holiday season I just wanted to do some quick reminders.

✨️ If you are affected by the hot weather and would rather re-arrange your treatment it is absolutely no problem just let me know

☀️ Take extra caution after a treatment as I primarily use sweet almond oil as a base, if you're planning to spend time in the sun always shower first and apply sun protection

💧 Drink plenty of water before and after your massage, hot weather and massage accelerates fluid loss

❌️ I cannot massage sunburnt skin, please get in touch before your treatment and i'll advise on what's best

❌️ I cannot massage peeling skin, as above please get in touch before your treatment

Hello 🥰 we are finally back from a lovely relaxing 3 weeks in France.

Thank you for your patience with message replies, I was straight back into treatments when I got back but am almost caught up with my replies.

I hope you're all enjoying the beautiful weather and I look forward to catching up with you all over the next couple of weeks.

Hiya 👋

I just wanted to say hello and apologies for delays in replying to messages, I have been busier than ever these past few months (thank you).

I've also been away for a long weekend in the Warwickshire countryside this past weekend and was then straight back into a long day of treatments yesterday. I've almost caught up with messages so thank you for your patience.

I'm currently fully booked until July 1st, I'm still not able to accept any new clients for appointments after 4pm as I am at capacity.

My diary is currently open until 31st July for anyone wanting to book in advance.

I am advising everyone to book at least 2 appointments in advance to ensure you get your preferred day/time.
