Just a polite reminder to all my customers. Due to a lot of recent cancellations at last minute, just to reiterate that the cancellation policy is 48 hours before your appointment should you need to cancel. With the festive season coming up I just want to make sure I can fit as many of my customers in as possible to avoid disappointment.
