Last week the Lord Mayor Cllr Jayne Dunn, attended an exhibition to showcase the pioneering work of the Sheffield Family Hub Network. The exhibition of Early Help services aimed to enable anyone who works with children, young people and their families to:
• Address inequalities and ensure we are equipped to support our children and young people.
• Deliver the right care and support to those who need it, at the right time and in the right place.
• Ensure children and young people are safe across the city.
