Our bend & breath mini retreat day is back in Ecclesall Woods on 11th July for a Summer Soul Glow

Scandibox Sauna is joining forces with Hannah Breathes and Scenic Soul Yoga for a day of ultimate wellness.
The retreat will be held at the Woodland Discovery Centre at Ecclesall Woods, Sheffield, and will include 60 minutes of yoga with meditation, 60 minutes of breath work and 2 hours of guided sauna in the wood-fired yurt plus cold therapy.
Also included in the retreat is an exfoliating and invigorating coffee scrub, refreshments and a light meal, a campfire with marshmallows to toast & music.
