What TO DO:
• Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours
• Sleep carefully, avoid pressing your face into the pillow
• Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe foam cleanser
• Brush lashes gently with a clean, dry spoolie
• Book refills every 2–3 weeks

What NOT TO DO:
• Rub or pull your lashes
• Use oily products around the eye area
• Cleanse with oil-based makeup removers
• Apply mascara, especially waterproof
• Visit saunas, steam rooms, or tanning beds during the first 48 hours
• Sleep face down

Gently exfoliate the skin
Do not use oily creams or body oils
3. On the day of the procedure
Do not apply lotions, oils, creams, or deodorant
Skin should be clean and dry
Avoid sugaring during menstruation
You may take a pain reliever (optional)
4. Clothing
Wear loose, breathable clothing made of natural fabrics to avoid irritation.
