It's Father's Day - and from a very personal standpoint, I just wanted to say to each of the dad's in the Barbering industry, grafting away for hours on end, day in day out. I see you, you're doing a great job.
For all the "firsts" and the milestones you missed or got to see through a facetime, the nights you get home and they're already asleep and the mornings you left before they woke up. I hope you all have people in your lives that'll tell your kids when they're older, how hard you worked to give them the best life you could.

Being a dad comes with the responsibility to provide and protect. the finite moments you walk back through the door from work and they're excited to see you won't last forever.
You're worth so much to them than you know.

Genuinely I hope you all find peace today, some of you may be in more difficult or sensitive situations than others, every situation is unique.
Men need to talk to eachother and society needs to find a way of understanding the emotional, psychological and mental struggles of men, fathers, brothers, sons, uncles etc that society has systematically caused.

Happy Father's Day. You're somebody's hero - I hope they or someone shows that to you today.
