Quick Guide To Building A Base Tan Pre Easter

Lots of you returning to tan now...

Here are some guidelines on how to carefully and professionally build your Melanin, so you can then build a base tan, and then a deep rich tan.

There is no need to burn to tan, and in fact that's just slowing the process, and harming you in the longterm.

Melanin makes you go brown, and its a side effect of your melanocytes producing it to protect you from uv light.. Some people have little or no Melanin production ( Type 1 skin type) and shouldn't sunbathe, or use sunbeds, as they can't tan.
Type 2&3 need to take time to regularly & carefully build Melanin as they don't produce lots of it, and can easily burn.
Type 4 to 6 produce Melanin quickly, and in big numbers.. That means they have greater protection from uv light, and a natural darker coloration, and ability to be in uv light.
