I was contacted today for a specific treatment, so after consultation I gave them the price of the treatment. They went away to think, so I left if for a while. Then I contacted the person again to see if they would like to proceed with to booking. There reply was NO! I can get it cheaper.

So clearly this person is going to someone who doesn’t get a prescription for the item and the treatment may not be covered on insurance.

When ordering a specific item via prescription for a client, it should have there name on the product when it arrives.

Must not be used on anyone else, just the client who has booked in for that treatment.
