This is for spa packages only whereby you use the spa facilities and have a treatment package.

MINDFULNESS WALK
Celebrate, enjoy and deepen your connection with the natural world around us. Take in the surroundings of private natural woodlands and open fields in Burlton with a mindfulness walk, whilst stopping to take in the beauty of the environment.
By focusing on our senses, feeling of belonging and being present the walk will include a meditation to help free your mind and appreciate our connection with the natural world.

The walk is mostly on flat terrain and practices are suitable for beginners. Please wear weather suitable attire, waterproof shoes or wellies are recommended.
