Morning folks!

So we’ve been running on the new booking system with Nearcut for 2 weeks now - and what a 2 weeks it’s been! We’re so pleased to see everything working smoothly and the positive feedback from everyone that’s been through the shop.

There’s been a few questions asked over these last 2 weeks about the new system so we thought we’d address a few of the FAQs we’ve had.

Q: Do I have to download the Nearcut app to book with you?
A: Not at all. Bookings can be made using the Nearcut website instead using any of the links from our socials, but you can also do things the old fashioned way and simply call us, drop by the shop or even via email!

Q: Why do I have to pick a barber for my booking?
A: The way this new system works means we cannot double book a time slot on one diary which limits our flexibility. The new way we work is that we now have 2 diaries running side by side meaning we have loads more flexibility and availability for all of you to get booked on the day you want.

Q: Will I upset anyone by booking with one barber instead of the other?
A: Absolutely not! All of our takings go into one pot and get split between us evenly anyway, plus if you book with one of us then the other one might get a chance to sit down and rest our weary feet 😂

Q: How can I contact you if I have any questions?
A: The Facebook messaging system is still available so you can contact us through here, however we do now have a business WhatsApp that you can message us on. Simply add our landline number as a contact (01743 362638) and send us a WhatsApp!

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

Our new booking system is now live and taking bookings! The Facebook system has decided to vanish on us a little earlier than anticipated so we will be now using Nearcut with immediate effect!

📢 Important update!

Our new booking system is ready to start taking bookings!

Bookings will be taken via Nearcut from July 15th onwards. Until that point you can still book using the same method on Facebook. After that point you’ll be able to book via Facebook, Instagram or the Nearcut app/website!
