HBP is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a talented Self-Employed Hair Stylist to join our friendly, creative team.

We are looking for someone who can work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Saturday.

💇‍♀️ What We’re Looking For -
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hairdressing
Ideally someone with their own clientele, but this isn’t essential as we’re more than happy to help you build your column
A passionate, professional stylist who loves creating beautiful hair and offering amazing client experiences

Hi guys.. me ranting again
Just making things clear from now on any appointments made if a deposit hasn’t been paid this is not going to be secure in the diary. The appointment will not actually be booked unless we have received a DEPOSIT. Therefore if I message with slots you want and the money isn’t in our accounts or you take to long to reply and someone else snaps it up that’s not our problem.
Nothing is now secure without a deposit.
I hate to be blunt but since having the baby o now only work 3 days a week and to have people just not turn up is actually so RUDE! They’re then gaps I can’t fill, time I’m wasting at work where I could be earning money or spending time with my baby!
In all honesty this is actually getting on my nerves at the moment!
I’ve always been understanding I get things happens and people need to cancel and move appointments but to just not turn up and the. Ignore messages is not okay!!!

People need to realise we all work for the same reason, and you guys wouldn’t go to work and be happy with not getting paid, or being told you’re only getting paid half your hourly rate. So why should it be any different for us self employed! I feel as a salon we do our upmost to try get people in when they need last minute appointments, bending over backwards for people and let me tell you I also won’t be doing that anymore.
As you can all probably tell I’m just not happy and it really does make me just want to give up with this job, I also know it has the same affect on my staff!! It’s not fair and we will not put up with it.

So no deposit means no appointment it’s as simple as that :)
