​As you know, the diary fills up incredibly fast around the summer holidays, so I highly recommend booking your nail appointments in advance. Let's make sure your nails are looking fabulous and fresh before I head off!

​As some of you may have already heard, I am leaving Trimmers. I would like to thank the team for the past few years it has been a pleasure being part of the salon.
​While this chapter is coming to an end, an exciting new journey is just beginning!
​Don't worry, you won't have to go far! From Monday, 13th April , I’ll be welcoming you at my new location: The Hair Lounge, situated in Gladden Place, Old Skelmersdale.
​Useful Information:
• ​Parking: There is parking available right at the salon.
• ​Appointments: All existing appointments remain the same, only the location has changed.
​If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message—I’m happy to help. I can’t wait to see you all in this beautiful new space!

​Néhány fontos infó:
• ​Parkolás: Közvetlenül a szalonnál van parkolási lehetőség.
• ​Időpontok: Minden korábban egyeztetett időpont változatlanul él, csak a helyszín változik.
​Ha bármi kérdésetek van, írjatok bátran, szívesen válaszolok! Alig várom, hogy találkozzunk az új környezetben!

​Szeretem a munkámat és hálás vagyok mindenkiért, aki hozzám jár. Viszont az utóbbi időben megszaporodtak az utolsó pillanatos lemondások és a meg nem jelenések, ezért szeretnék egy kis emlékeztetőt írni a házirenddel kapcsolatban.
​Szeretném megosztani veletek a "másik oldalt" is: amikor valaki nem jön el, az nekem nem csak egy lyukas órát jelent, hanem kiesett bevételt, miközben a költségeim ugyanúgy ketyegnek. Én akkor is itt vagyok és számíthattok rám, ha épp nem vagyok 100%-os állapotban, mert tisztelem az időtöket és a bizalmatokat.
​Kérlek titeket, tartsuk be a következőket:
• ​Ha közbejön valami, kérlek, jelezd legalább 24 órával előbb!
• ​Így esélyt adsz másnak, aki várakozik, és nekem is tervezhetőbbé teszed a napomat.
​A jövőben kénytelen leszek a 24 órán belüli lemondásoknál a szolgáltatás díjának 100%-át felszámítani, hogy megvédjem a vállalkozásomat.

​I’d like to share the "other side" with you: when someone doesn't show up, it’s not just an empty slot for me—it’s a direct loss of income while my business expenses remain the same. I always do my best to be here for you, even when I’m not feeling 100%, because I respect your time and your trust.
​Please keep the following in mind:
• ​If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
• ​This allows someone else on the waiting list to take the spot and helps me manage my schedule.
​In the future, for cancellations made within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied to protect my business.
​Thank you for your understanding and continued support! ❤️
