After returning from my 2nd Ariel teacher training course I am now looking for 5 people that would like to have a free 1 to 1 Ariel yoga lesson in my Secret Garden Studio.
You don’t need to have any previous experience, it’s open to EVERY level of fitness, size, gender, age and shape.
Ariel yoga has many health benefits such as spinal decompression, increased blood flow,better brain function but to name a few. I use breath-work to create a clam sense of being and bring a relaxed atmosphere during your session so at the end you will feel calm and energised.
To be in with a chance of being selected you would need to be discreetly filmed(this is only for feedback from my tutor and will be deleted immediately after) and provide an honest testimonial after your lesson.

And that’s a wrap!!!! Well unless you count the accounting,stock take and salon contents removal I have planned for tomorrow!! 🙈🤣But for now it’s some well earned family time in London…at last I am getting to sit down for a few hours!!
